Having first met Dawn & Sara from Memories of Vintage at their trade stand at the NEC Wedding Fair earlier this year, I knew from that moment that I just had to have them as my wedding venue stylists.
At the beginning I knew I was looking to create a 1920’s Prohibition Themed Wedding but had very few ideas at this stage. After many discussions, chats, consultations at the wedding venue and generally bouncing ideas around, Dawn & Sara went above and beyond to create the most amazing designs using their spectacular vintage items, creating stunning table centerpieces, focal tableau’s and creating an ambience, unmistakably a scene from the 1920’s……just what we had dreamt of!
I will never forget walking into the decorated room for the first time on the day of our wedding and feeling absolutely overwhelmed by the work and detail that had gone into the space; I could never have imaged just how incredible the room looked….. I was totally bowled over. Both family & friends are still remarking today on just how amazing the venue looked and that this was the best they have ever seen!
We still beam from ear to ear to this day thinking how our wedding day was so special to us and giving us memories we will cherish forever thanks to the wonderful Memories of Vintage. My one word of advice to anyone organising their own wedding would be to unequivocally without question secure Memories of Vintage as your venue stylists safe in the knowledge that you are confidently dealing with a professional, supportive, warm, friendly team and if you are as lucky as us you too will gain two of the greatest friends in Dawn & Sara as we did.

Myself and ben would just like to say thank you so much for the tea cups, saucers and side plates. The afternoon tea we served at our wedding looked amazing with all your tea cups on the tables and every one of our guests commented on how lovely they looked!
Thank you so much for helping to make our special day so perfect.
All the best,

I first met you at a wedding fair at Elsham Hall and was blown away by the variety of amazing vintage items you have for hire. Personally, it the was your vintage crockery which won me over...along with your lovely, friendly nature...and I just had to hire 101 of your teacups and saucers and the turquoise blackboard for our big day! They complimented our wedding just perfectly...sometimes the little details really do matter :) I can't thank you enough for your help, you are such a genuine lovely person and it really helps when planning a wedding to have people as accommodating, helpful and interested as you so thank you!
I simply cannot sing your praises enough!!!!! A HUGE thank you from us! It literally made my day first thing and was everything and more of what was in my head. You are wonderful! And it was so lovely to finally meet you.

My feedback can only be positive. It has been a pleasure working with you and your delicate and beautiful crockery, some were absolutely delightful and I can only repeat the amazing feedback and comments that we got over the entire event. I hope to use you in the future if we have any vintage crockery needs as the service you provided exceeded any expectations. Communication throughout this process has been so easy and you have been nothing but helpful! I would highly recommend your company and services to any one wanting to add that special vintage touch to their event.
